STEPINSKI TRIANGLE Traditional Cache

This Cache is hidden on a triangle piece of privately owned land,  It is deadlocked all around it by town owned land .In 2008 the town bought 110 acres for the Stepinski Brothers ( a cousin of this owner ) and then divided up between the Water Department ,Recreation Department and Conservation land . They town was offered to buy this land at the same time they bought the land in 2008 but declined. The owner has given me permission to hide 1 Cache on there land and has also given permission for a trail go through the property                                                                                                                                 THANK YOU  JOE and PAT.
