Victoria Pedalgon Traditional Cache

As we've passed this reject from Tate Modern many times and this area is sadly lacking in caches, we decided to rectify the situation. This is a nice easy one, accessible to everyone, but stealth will be required as the area is subject to high Muggle activity at shift changes.
 

You are looking for a small plastic tube containing only a log book and small pencil. The cache is probably not watertight so we have used waterproof paper for the log. Tweezers could be useful. The cache is placed alongside the redway (footpath) adjacent to a busy dual carriageway. Please do not attempt to park on the dual carriageway. There is plenty of parking in the nearby industrial estate roads.
