This spot has changed over the years. It was a rest area, now it's a fishing access site, tomorrow: who knows? And now it's got a cache.
This small camoed lock-and-lock is hidden only a few feet off the trail but it could be a beast to get to in the height of the summer. (Fall/winter it's not so bad--a full star less in difficulty.) I feel the hiding spot is fairly obvious--I can't imagine a geocacher seeing the spot and not thinking "cache". This area is likely to have plenty of muggles around, but this isn't by the water so the fisher folk may not even notice you.
There is plenty of room for swag and all but the largest of travelers.
