Erkylänlukot
Lukko eli suppa on jääkauden sulamisvaiheen aikana harjualueelle muodostunut pyöreähkö painanne. Se syntyy, kun soraan ja hiekkaan hautautunut suuri jäälohkare sulaa ja lohkareen yläpuolella oleva maa-aines painuu alas. Lukot voivat olla kymmeniä metrejä syviä ja hyvinkin leveitä. Lukon pohjalle mentäessä lämpötila voi laskea jopa useita asteita koska kylmä ilma valuu sen pohjalle.
Erkylänlukot on yleistä ulkoilualuetta, jossa kesäisin voi lenkkeillä ja talvisin hiihtää. Kesäisin paikka on myös motocross-pyörien harjoitusaluetta. Kätkölle pääsee kulkemaan kuitenkin hyvää tietä pitkin. Kätkössä ei ole kynää.

Erkylänlukot
Kettle hole is a roundish depression that was formed at a ridge area during the ice age's melting procession. It was formed when a large ice block covered in gravel melted and the soil above the ice block sank. Kettle holes can be dozens of meters deep and very wide. Tempeture can drop several degrees when going down a kettle hole because the cold air flows to the bottom.
Erkylänlukot is a public outdoor area where you can jog in the summer and ski in the winter. The place is also used as a motocross training area in the summer. You can still get to the cache by a good road. There is no pen in the cache.
