How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

Come celebrate Earth Day at Monte Sano State Park.

Event will be noon to 5 pm

Event will be sponsored by Flint River Conservation.

We will have a table set up to let the public know about geocaching 101, how to use a GPS, hiking tips and more

This will be a great event for the whole family.

Bring lawn chairs, sunblock and geocaching stories to share.

We will provide bags for trash clean-up and bottled water.

There will be a $5 Entrance fee per car into the park. (You may hike in if you prefer.)
