Park at the end of Shaw Rd and follow the trail from the yellow Public Access marker. There is private property on either side of the trail so please be respectful. The trail down to the beach does get a little steep. There is a rope and some dirt stairs to help you out.
The view from this beach is incredible. According to the map this is the Pylades Channel.
You do not need to make your way all the way down to the beach so the cache availability should not be affected by the tides. Do be careful as there are some drop offs and it can get a little slick when things are wet. Please bring your own writing utensil!
