Group C was established in 1925 by pioneers from Young Guard
who emigrated from Bukovina and Bessarabia (Romania) and lived
in Haifa for about years until they received land for permanent settlement.
In 1930 came the Young Guard from Bulgaria and united with the core members of Kibbutz C,
located in Bat- Galim (Haifa) and worked at odd jobs. In 1933 they reached Wadi Hawaerath.
In 1966 they discovered a cemetery from middle Bronze age under the place they wanted
to build a museum. Today it's considered a cooperative Kibbutz that is not in the process of privatization.
It has an archaeological museum and a "SLICK" used during the thirties to hide weapons for self-defense.
