Stage one of this cache begins at Montgomery College. At the posted coordinates, you'll find a giant sundial, complete with Daylight and Standard time, GPS coordinates, and the four cardinal directions marked on the ground. It's a very cool sculpture; I admire it every time I pass by it.
In between each pair of directional markings is a stone wall. Each stone wall has two quotes engraved on it; one faces the inside of the sundial and one faces the outside. (It's difficult to describe, but once you get there it makes sense.) To find the second stage, read each of the quotes and use the answers to the following questions to fill in the final coordinates:

A = the alphanumeric equivalent of the first letter of the second word of the inner NE quote
B = the first word of the outer SW quote
C = the alphanumeric equivalent of the first letter of the eighth word of the outer SE quote
D = the alphanumeric equivalent of the third letter of the fourth word of the inner SW quote
E = the last digit of the birth year of the person who said the inner NW quote
F = the alphanumeric equivalent of the third letter of the first name of the person who said the inner SE quote
G = the third digit of the marriage date of the person who said the outer NE quote
H = the third digit of the death year of the person who said the outer NW quote

Stage two is about a 10-15 minute walk from stage one. The container is a nano, and the find should be fairly straightforward. Enjoy! :)
