Geocache Description:

PLEASE USE THE EMAIL ADDRESS IN STEP #1 BELOW FOR SENDING YOUR PHOTOS. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE MESSAGE CENTER FOR SENDING ANSWERS. YOU MAY NOT GET A TIMELY REPLY.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THIS CACHE
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LOG THIS CACHE WITHOUT SENDING ME THE REQUIRED PICTURE ALONG WITH THE "NAME" OF THE CACHE. IF YOU CAN NOT DO THIS YOU SHOULD WRITE A "NOTE," AND YOU MUST START YOUR NOTE WITH SOMETHING LIKE "GREETINGS FROM, COUNTRY, STATE, PROVINCE, OR CITY. . . "PAGE.

What in the World cache continues to draw the attention of people
from all over the world. Everyone seems to find this man-made land
feature appealing, interesting, educational and worthwhile. I don’t
use the word “awesome” too often, but this is cache item is truly
awesome. It is an object that should be of special and significant
interest to every geocacher. If this one doesn’t interest you, you
might want to consider some other activity :)

To claim credit for this cache and to log it as a “find” you need to find the “object” of this cache at this location. Then, you need to do three things:

1. You need to send me an e-mail stating the “exact” name of the cache item. It has a specific “name." That will be easy. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR CACHING NAME IN YOUR EMAIL.
The email address is whatinworld@gmail.com.

2. You need to attach a picture of you holding your GPS in front of the REAL CACHE OBJECT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES. A replica is NOT satisfactory! Of course, your picture should not be uploaded with your logs.
See the email address in #1 to send the photo.

3. Lastly, "after approval," you MUST start your log with something like “Greetings from, country, state, province, or city. . . ” AND THEN FEEL FREE TO WRITE A FEW WORDS. PLEASE DO NOT MENTION THE "NAME" OF THE CACHE IN YOUR LOG.

Finding this cache may well be the highlight of your trip to the area. Of course, you should offer no hints about the cache, even encrypted, in your log, or on bulletin boards, or to your friends.
