The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates!! To find the actual location you need to solve the puzzle.
The coordinates point to Trinity Square, a shopping centre located in the centre of Gateshead. The whole building is very colourful, especially the roof, so this is a very fitting location for this puzzle. Remember to bring tweezers to remove the log and please, don't remove the container from it's hiding place to get the log out!
