Geocache Description:

Cache hidden in a community park with children's play area, 3G pitch, dog walking areas, full size pitches, pavilion and plenty of parking.

Thorpe Marriott is a village divided between Taverham and Drayton in Norwich.  Named after William Marriott who was the Chief Engineer of the Midland and Great Northern Joint Railway.  The former railway line, now a footpath runs through the center of Thorpe Marriott and stretches for 24.6 miles.

There is plenty of off-road parking at Long Dale park and the cache has been hidden to give you a chance to find it even when muggles are around, although you'll need to keep an eye open for dog walkers.

There is space in the container for TBs and a few small swaps but please bring your own pen.  Please note that you don't actually need to go onto the fenced pitch to find the cache.

Well done to teamtallings for being FTF.
