Z cmentarnej infrastruktury, prócz muru, zachowała się gotycka bramka z czerwonej cegły, która prowadziła na teren dziedzińca przykościelnego i dalej na teren cmentarza. Na bramce znajduje się tabliczka informująca, że jest to obiekt zabytkowy, jednakże jest to stare oznaczenie i na aktualnej liście szczecińskich zabytków owa bramka nie widnieje.
Jesienią 2011 roku wolontariusze z Portalu Milosnikow Prawobrzeza oczyścili zachodnią część terenu cmentarza z gatunków niepożądanych odsłaniając kilkadziesiąt poniemieckich nagrobków i ustawiając kilkanaście z nich. Pod warstwą ziemi znajduje się kolejnych co najmniej kilkadziesiąt nagrobków, co powoduje, że jest to jeden z nielicznych szczecińskich przedwojennych cmentarzy z tak dużą ilością zachowanych poniemieckich płyt nagrobnych.

Cemetery Street. Bielańska
The oldest cemetery of the former village Klutz was founded probably in the fourteenth century . In autumn 2011 , volunteers from Portal lovers Prawobrzeże cleared the western part of the cemetery of unwanted species exposing dozens of former German tombstones and setting a dozen of them .
