Way OFF Your Rocker in Seffner Traditional Cache

This one didn't quite make the cut for The "Off Your Rocker" Series, while looking up the name it brought up caches of this series from all parts. But ultimately it was started here in Florida with GCGKWJ

So this cache is in honor of the "Off Your Rocker" Series, but just couldn't quite make it, so it has been placed a little way before the name sake. Hence the name "Way OFF" This is hide #2 in my "Just OFF" series, my first one is in Hunter's Creek GC54K11 This container was meant for the original series so keep that in mind when you look.
