Geocache Description:

This cache is in between two historical buildings in the village of Wiston. To the West is a Wiston Castle, a Mot and Bailly type Norman castle ruins. To the East is St Marys Chuch, with roots leading back to the Normans. There is a car park around 50 meteres from the cache, by the phone box.

Permission to place this cache was kindly given by the parish council

The cache itself is a disguised micro somewhere around the water pump on the road junction between these two buildings. Please make sure that you take care not to damage anything in or around the cache location. The cache is accessible without moving anything. You will need a pen to sign the log. Please replace the cache in the same location afterwards. Thank you.
