Because of private property issues, this is placed as an OFFSET from this historical rock-walled cemetery easily visible 1/4 mile to the east. Cache is in the Park and Ride area, be discreet when muggles are present.
Settled in 1876, Rowe was named after an AT & SF RR contractor. The post office was opened in 1884.
Settlers and pioneers from the los Trigos Grant and the Rowe and Pajarito communities are interred here.
This cache is placed as a tribute to those pioneers.
