This is beside a beautiful, very expensive building that was built as a motorcycle dealership. It stayed open for a year of so, went out of business, and has been vacant ever since. Very easy on & off for transient cachers traveling on Hwy. 29 & no muggle factor.
No need to cross any fencing for this one, neither high nor low. And it's not under the hot tub cover that someone dumped nearby, I'm not that cruel.
