Outdoor convenient facility nearby. This is a beautiful, quiet and well-maintained cemetery next to a quaint little church still in use.
Manga, Spanish for "sleeve" or "fringe of land" which this is in the Tecolote Land Grant. It has been and still is a peaceful farming and ranching community in the 'fringe' of the Tecolote Land Grant. Just west of here 2 1/2 miles is Tecolote Peak, elevation 7240.
This cache is placed here as a tribute to the pioneers and settlers of the La Manga area.
