This geocache was made by the lovely girls, Ella and Charlotte, who I take care of.
Welcome to Clapham Common, this is one of the biggest green area in London after Hyde Park, Richmomd and Greenwich park. Enjoy the walk.
If you have never been before in UK you probably don't know this piece of history:
Remember, remember, the 5th of November. That's what a traditional song says. You have to remember it because it's Ella's birthday! Also it is the day called Bonfire Night in United Kingdom. They celebrate it making bonfires and setting off fireworks on the 5th of November night. It all started in 1605 in The house of parliament when Guy Fawkes tried to blow it up, using gun powder. They caught him red-handed and put him on the bonfire to burn to death. Since then, they celebrate this day making bonfires parties with fireworks.
The geocache it's 2min from the Clapham common Tube station and next to bus stop. You are looking for a small canister. It is easy enough to be find straight forward if you know where to search. STEALTH REQUIRED AS IT'S A BUSY AREA. Please replace it back carefully and make sure it's safely attached to its spot again and unable to fall over. (Don't push it too deep inside though!)
