pilfus: Cache holder was still in place, but when I went down to check it out. I was told the Port Authorities are going to close off the road leading to this and two other caches. So I am archiving the three of them sorry folks

This cache is a drive by on a quiet road with loads of parking. there are the occasional muggle around.
“Richies” (Richardson Westgarth), Which went from 1832 -1994
The site of the cache is part of the old builds which housed the company, at one time it also had a bridge going over the road to the Quayside workship.
