With the Winter Solstice, we welcome the return of light. It should be pretty obvious where this cache is hiding. The trick is the constant muggles. Please be very careful not to jeopardize the cache for those to come after you. We are rating this with a higher difficulty than is typical of this cache purely because of the high-traffic area.
