The coordinates will bring you to a Kansas Historical Marker in St Mary's, Kansas.   The Historical Marker has seven years posted on it in the reading.   The first year you come across is 1848 the last is 1860.    1848 would be considered the 1st year and 1860 the 7th year.   Using this information solve the coordinates listed by inserting numbers in for the letters.

F = 4th Number in 3rd Year listed

O = 1st Number in 1st Year listed

U = Add 2 to the 3rd Number in 5th Year listed

N = 1st Number in the 7th Year listed

D = 3rd Number in the 6th Year listed

C = 4th Number in the 7th Year listed

A = 3rd Number in the 2nd Year listed

$ = 3rd Number in the 3rd Year listed

H = 1st Number in the 2nd Year listed

E = 4th Number in the 4th Year listed

When going to the final stage please do not go through the school area go West and then turn North.  It is not on the school property.  Parking is available.  Bring your own pen and tweezers would be very helpful.
