UPDATED NOVEMBER 2, 2021
At the posted coordinates there is a fire hydrant. Originally this cache required getting the numbers from the plastic label attached to it. However, since this was painted over, you are now getting the seven digit number that is on the snow marker atop the hydrant.
Although the street signs indicate no parking, you can stop there for long enough to run and write down the required information.
Let the seven digit number be called a b c d e f g.
You will need to make the following projection to get to the final cache location:
distance = abc/2
bearing = (g+1) d e . (b-2) degrees
or bearing = d (f+2) (e-3) a mils (if your GPS works this way)
At the projected coordinates, a short drive from the starting point, there is also parking right nearby, where you can stop while you grab the cache. This is a busy spot at certain times of the day/week, and you will need to be careful about being seen at those times.
Have fun!
