This geochace is placed just across from an abandoned stone mine. From where the geocache is located you can enjoy the view of Pendadaktilos. The stone mine was one of the two in Cyprus (the other one in Yerolakkos) that was used to extract yellow stone (pouropetra) but has now been abandoned and is probably dangerous.
Scenes of the movie "Jiu Jitsu" with Nicolas Cage were filmed in this place. Just before the move gates were placed to block the entrance by car. You can park the car next to the gates and go on foot.
