This Letterbox Hybrid is played entirely inside the John Ball Zoo. There is an admission fee to enter the zoo. You can check the hours and rates for the zoo at www.johnballzoosociety.org
Since you are going to the zoo you might as well bring the family and enjoy the day. The kids can have fun exploring and checking out the animals and you get to have a little fun of your own along the way.
The posted coords will place you in the middle of the African Grasslands. Explore a little then head up the hill towards toward the Camel rides. After the kids go for a spin, wander over and check out the tigers swimming hole. Now follow the walkway up the hill. When you get to the top you will find a very large window into the tiger realm. Check out the big cats then look to your left. You should see a couple picnic tables. Wander over and have a seat. About 15-20 feet away is a nice size log that a geocacher is sure to appreciate.. What you seek is tucked inside.
This place is muggle central so you are going to have a hard time being stealthy. Instead just act like you know exactly what you are doing you will attract less attention. Please leave the stamp and inkpad.
