Hunting for the geocaches along these scenic roads will take you on a day long adventure from Williamson Valley area to Bagdad. Most of the finds are easy, but the roads can be rough. Be Prepared- No Services, Sparse Cell
Follow me on my adventure from the Williamson Valley area to Yolo Ranch, on FR 21 (68), to FR 14. These dirt roads are relatively smooth, but may have rocks, grades, water crossings, or ruts that make clearance a concern in a normal passenger vehicle. They are fairly wide, so that passing is possible at almost any point. If you are driving from Prescott, I recommend you drive N. on Williamson Valley Road to where the pavement ends. Then drive W. on Campwood Road. Route 68 will take you all the way to Bagdad. If you want to learn more about this area you can read about it in Arcadia Publication's Williamson Valley Road book.
