Sterling's Transfer Point Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

TheSterlingOne: Came to the area and was not happy with GZ. Did find the cache but not where I hid it. Also camo came off. Attachment was broken. After a good run, it's time for this one to end, especially now that I drive, this is no longer a transfer point to me.

There was evidence of a homeless person occupying GZ and the gate that shielded the tree that contained this cache is gone. Those factors made me decide to archive this one.

Thank you to everyone who found this.... and those who attempted it. I was very proud of this hide... not bad for a first time.

Geocache Description:

This is an area where I am at every morning on my way to work, as I transfer from one bus to another.  The Yonge-Garden intersection is a place where traffic from Hwy 7 and Yonge Street meet.  It is one of the busier intersections as it has restaurants, a movie theatre, a motel and a Shell gas station.  It is also steps away from the Richmond Hill Terminal which services VIVA, York Region Transit and GO Transit buses.

This microcache is a park and grab on the South-East part of the Shell Station. This location can be very muggle heavy; stealth will be required at certain times! This is a winter friendly cache but might be tricky to find at night without a flashlight. It is a unique hide so it may take some time to find it. Definitely earns the 3.0/1.5 rating.

Congratulations to Ppulcher, PaintingRoses and HumaHuma for being CO-FTFs.
