WINTER FREINDLY cache = "Plenty of Parking - NOT buried in the snow"

First day of spring and I'm out hiding a cache. Oh wait that was yesterday as it snowed. Well at least today is fairer weather. Ironic the name of the previous cache hidden no more than 30 ft from here. I've waited patiently for 4 years to reclaim this spot! NO KIDDIN, right? Hmm wait that's not right...

Oh you know just an ordinary place for a cache. Quite a shame Worcester wasn't a part of the Ghetto phone network. So I decided to patch us in. Should be an easy find with plenty of parking around. Some cachers have said a special extraction tool maybe helpful in retrieving this cache. Also easy access to the train platform from here, bus hub, taxis, and bus route 15. Also feel free to experience some culture along Shrewsbury Street or some history at Union Station.
