Earth Day is an annual event, celebrated on April 22, on which day events worldwide are held to demonstrate support for environmental protection. It was first celebrated in 1970, and is now coordinated globally by the Earth Day Network and celebrated in more than 192 countries each year.
This year I invite you to join me in helping make our little planet a little cleaner by attending this CITO Event. We will meet in the parking lot, garbage bags will be supplied but please bring your own gloves and anything else that could help you in a clean-up.
Time: 4:30 till 6 pm
See you there; oh we just may have a Birthday Cake in celebration of her birthday at the end of the event.
