Geocache Description:

Lakefront West Park is a located along the shores of Lake Onatrio and the Waterfront Trail.  Many baseball games can be watched at any given time.

Our Girl Guide groups have been cleaning up this park every year for at least 15 years for our environment community service during Earth Week.  As youth we are able to gather 5 to 10 bags each year.

Having this as a CITO event will enable more of the forested/creek area to be garbage free.

Some may be inclined to wade in the creek, some sloped areas.  Possible poison ivy

Date:  Monday, April 18/16
Time:  6pm - 8pm
Location: 1221 Phillip Murray Ave W (west of Stevenson Rd) at the east side of the parking lot.

Bring gloves (some will be provided).  Garbage bags will be supplied.
