Not tricky to park very close by, an ideal grab and go cache deliberately simple to find with the little folks. Don't be put off by the very narrow winding road, keep going - its a horseshoe which means you'll come out back at the A30.
This Cache is a little more fun because it involves extreme stealth & quiet (houses nearby) and a bit of a splish splash, so be sure your little folks have wellies on!
Look for a black plastic official container packed full of swaps & a brightly coloured log. PLEASE screw the lid back on tightly so it doesn't get waterlogged and spoil it for the next finder
NOTE: Pirates of Penzance be wary, the operative word is SWAP. Please don't just take, be kind to fellow Geocachers and leave something behind to discover, there's nothing more disheartening than finding a plundered cache with just a tatty log in it, certainly for children. Keep the fun going and be considerate of others please - only take ONE swap and replace with one, don't let them be greedy!
Cache is located at the start of a lovely countryside walk, a footpath that takes you up and around towards Ludgvan village. If you do this walk, be sure to have sturdy footwear on, its quite steep and rocky in parts.
As Summer advances this cache may become protected by nettles and a large Hydrangea, so remember to retrieve with caution and protect little people's hands when searching.
This is a good sized cache, ideal to move on TBs & you'll often find one in here too.
