A quick and easy park-n-grab.
Not especially scenic, but from the cache location you can see a number of interesting things: the National Guard Armory, summer cruise ship parking, the Seattle Animal Shelter and the recently opened City of Seattle RV Park.
Approach from the north via the Ballard Bridge and from the south via Elliot Ave W. In either case turn onto W Armory Way and proceed to a large gravel parking area. Cache is easily accessibl;e from here.
The City of Seattle has recently begun cleaning out the hobo RV camp that it created here last winter. I changed the cache name to reflect this. I also replaced the missing cache and removed the surrounding syringes, poop and garbage.
