Also known as Bicentennial Park, the Volunteers Park was dedicated to the 8,000 volunteers who established the foundation of the Subic Bay Freeport Zone. Its centerpiece is a stone memorial in honor of Subic volunteers whose names are individually inscribed on stone and whose admirable spirit of volunteerism is celebrated at the park every November 24.
