There's no cache at the published co-ordinates, you don't need to go there ... although if you do, you may (or may not) see something which may give you a clue! The cache is hidden within 1km of the published co-ordinates and is wheelchair accessible.
There's plenty of parking in the city centre car parks but there can be long queues and it's expensive so unless there are several of you in a car you're probably better off on public transport.
