Once a hive of industry with blast furnaces, tinplate works railway sidings for loading coal and stone, Parkend is now at peace, more or less. This cache had to be moved a little because so many bird watchers come to try and spot the elusive Hawfinch just where I originally placed it. Telephoto lenses can often be seen protruding from parked cars. Be aware that the cache is on a roadside footpath that is also shared with cycles.
