From the start of the track, it is about 330m to the cache location.
The cache is located right at the edge of one of the well defined tracks in the area, and is accessible by foot, bike, gopher, or car.
(You can drive right up to the cache location as there is a road through here, but it is an unsealed dirt road, so I do not recommend doing this if it is wet)
Please take your time getting to the GZ, and read the signs along the way that explain the history of this area. If you wish to venture a bit further, this track will also lead you to Buntysnuts' geocache "A Track Winding Back - GC35NMR" and over the bridge to the weir that was built after the 2011 floods destroyed the old one. There is a boardwalk over the river too, just follow the track downstream from the weir.
Beware the usual bitey reptiles, arachnids, and insects! Watch out for magpies in swooping season.
Cache container is a small sized 'something', and contains a logbook, pencil, and little swaps.
KIDS: Cache is kid friendly, and there is room for little swaps.
