Phoenix and Pauley are two birds who were evicted because they were on ASTL. The final location is on Arizona State Trust Land and a permit is required. Since their eviction has been rescinded, they are now back at their original location. If you are familiar with the original location, then this will be an easy find. If not then you will need to go to stage one to get the information for the final. At stage one look either SE or SW for a sign. It contains three words which are the title for the housing area.
