It's not meant to be too difficult to solve but the final location is overlooked by a number of houses so stealth may be required to retrieve it, hence the higher rating. Please use the required level of stealth, or return at a quieter time, so as not to compromise the cache. The final location is wheelchair accessible but help will be required to reach it.
