How it works:
The idea of this cache is to tell a fictional story, which will unravel with each cache found
Because the story got rather long and complex the cache was split in order to make it more digestible.
If you try to do them all at once you may need some transportation because they are placed at locations supporting the storyline.

Preface
On February 14th, 2003 a top secret meeting was called in by the US and Russian government, inviting leaders of the other major countries, UK, China and France. In this meeting the Americans disclosed that they are capable of interstellar travel by means of a device referred to as the Stargate. After Senator Kinsey's proposal, to give the NID control over the Stargate on behalf of all five nations, was crushed by the visit of the Asgard Thor, they agreed to let the US military maintain the program.
March 19th, 2004: almost one year later, an Ancient outpost in Antarctica is discovered, revealing the purpose of the 8th chevron to add the capability to travel to Atlantis, the City of the Ancient, in the Pegasus galaxy. A team of international scientists was assembled to go there. By that the Austrian government was let in on the Stargate program and sent two brilliant minds to accompany the mission.
Now in knowledge of the Stargate the Austrian government secretly founded an organization employing scientist to study the gate's technology. While under pressure to come up with new technology and knowledge based on Ancient design, on November 15th, 2008 they finally made a stunning discovery.
Part 4 – The Search for Koch
Meanwhile INT some office Linz, Austria
A red button-less phone is resting on what seems to be a massive wooden desk. The desk is standing in the middle of a medium sized room. In the background a grayish door is partially visible. Just beside the phone, a laptop computer is sitting in the middle of the desk and in front of it a black painted metal sign that reads “Bgdr. Brenner” in silver letters. The phone rings. Brenner answers it:
BRENNER: Sir!
BRENNER cont'd: Yes Sir! I’ve the right person for this job. I’ll contact him right away.
BRENNER cont’d: Thank you Sir!
Brenner hangs up the phone indicating that the call ended.

EXT Your Location, The Eye's campsite
The campsite seems to have been deserted for a while. Your phone rings.
BRENNER(sounding distorted): I see ... location … have you... Mr. Koch. … sent ... documents ... hurry ...
Static interference makes it impossible to understand what was said next and suddenly the call ends. You examine your phone to find that the reception isn't good here.
As you look around you find a balled piece of paper lying on the ground. Most the writing is washed-out by raindrops. But according to what can be read it is a note Mr. Koch managed to leave you.
