We will gather at Scheffer road and can split into groups that can move east or west to rte 53 or Arlington Hts road. They is plenty of trash for all to pick up their share.
We will leave the bags at the NW corner of Lake Cook and Schaffer. I will contact the forest preserve district to arrange for them to be hauled away.
Bring your friends and mini cachers.
I will provide trash bags and gloves.
Come help us clean up this edge of the preserve.
Parking is available for a few card on Scheffer road north of the intersection before you get to the No Parking sign... and across the street at the apartment complex. Be VERY careful of you pack across Lake Cook and have to cross to join in.
Event scheduled to end at 10 a.m.... perhaps as a group we can plan for lunch locally?
