This is the 2nd cache that is dedicated to my mama who died Dec/2010 of cancer. Mama loved the the outdoors. She loved walking, camping, and going to parks with her family. She was a person that always stayed positive despite her circumstances and loved to help her family and others in need even though she had very limited resources she shared what she had. This is the one of many caches that will take you to parks in Rapid City that you may have not known were there. Each cache will have a Be-Attitude that represents what Mama believed in the most. The 2nd Be-Attitude istitled "Be-Joyful". This park has personal memories for me cause I practiced Little League baseball 40 yrs ago ,same park but new playground equipment. This cache is going to be "kid" and "family “friendly. Don't worry if you don't have enough swag to exchange if you have kid ,grab a few extra to give a kid a little joy in a simple toy, I'll check on the cache now and then to keep it stocked. Happy treasure hunting. MADE AN OLD CACHE NEW AGAIN NOW LOCATED JUST ACROST THE STREET FROM YE OLD PARK.
