Geocache Description:

This is one of a series of caches being placed around Hartwell which was chosen for the home of a TV show challenge competition between contestants for $100,000. It's hosted by TV personality Melissa Rycroft and wrestling icon Steve Austin who preside over the 10 episodes of the series called Redneck Island. In the episodes contestants are sent through challenges to compete and the winners get to pick who go into the Pit to battle against the losers. The losing opponents are then sent home. The remaining are then paired as a team and get to return for another shot at the $100,000 cash prize.



I received several new cache containers from winning the Stephens County Cache Challenge in March. I've placed several out in locations around town to add to the caching experience around Hartwell. This cache will take you within hundreds of feet of the Pit used in the filming. Just one of many spots being highlighted around the area with a simple easy P&G. Hope you make it out of the Pit victorious!
