This will be difficult to find because I used one of my new urban camouflage containers to hide it.
I chose this location because it overlooks Penoyer Park's beautiful beach. At the end of the beach is the Pike River and the Band Shell which has concerts on summer evenings. Penoyer is a big and beautiful park on kenoshas lakefront which always has stuff to do. To your left will be a tennis court open to the public. Behind you is Kennedy Park which will have a cache soon. You can also always play on the playground or go to the beach.
