Now, I'm not sure if hobbits had sidewalks and I doubt Mr. Tolkein was talking about what happens when the sidwalk ends, but geocaching can lead you almost anywhere if you let it.
Granted, the end of this particular sidewalk might not drop you off in Mordor, but you never really know, do you?
Parking should be easy at the side of the road within a few metres of the cache.
