This one is just off Las Colinas Boulevard in front of the Monterra Apartment Homes, it's namesake. It is also by of one of the sections where the Mandalay Canal/Lake Carolyn dead end. This should be an easy park n' grab, but this area makes for a nice stroll. Have fun!!
