POL – obszar między al. Sikorskiego, al. Wilanowską, ul. Bukowińska i ul. Idzikowskiego to półdziki rejon Warszawy, niemal w całości zarośnięty półdzikim zagajnikiem na terenie dawnych pól uprawnych wsi Potok i Służew. W celu zachowania zielonego charakteru tej okolicy oraz zrównoważonego zagospodarowania terenu przygotowano obszerny miejscowy plan zagospodarowania przestrzennego, który wskazuje, gdzie mają powstać jakie ulice, jaka zabudowa oraz tereny zieleni i wody stojącej. A pod tajemniczym znakiem K8 ZP (ZP = zieleń publiczna) kryje się fragment przyszłego parku, który ma przeciąć tzw. rejon "Pod Skocznią" od północy na południe. Właśnie w tym miejscu od 2015 roku trwa jego budowa, w miejscu zagajnika powstaje park i zbiornik wodny wraz z infrastrukturą techniczną oraz siecią kanalizacji deszczowej i sanitarnej, realizowany pod kierunkiem Moniki Wilczyńskiej dla spółki Ronson Development, która wokół będzie budować osiedla.
