Townsend has been a hard place to keep a geocache active. I consider the lack of an active cache here to be somewhat of an affront, so I'm going to try my hand at placing one here.
I found a place where it makes sense for a person to be there, it makes sense to park there, and it even makes sense to be reaching for the cache. It should be very easy to hide what you're doing from nearby muggles! (I hope) The cache is slightly visible from the right angle, but using your hands is the easiest and best way to find it. I was on my tippy toes.
