Geocache Description:

A quick find close at an interstate rest area

The cache is accessible from westbound I-80 and there is parking for RVs and large trucks. Muggles abound in the vicinity but the cache location is a bit out of the high use area. A short walk from parking and there may be mowed trails most of the way in the summer.

I noted on a maintenance run several years ago, for a previous cache here, when I had turned on my GPSr as I approached the area that Garmin Mapsend was trying to route me to the cache via a non-existent road that must have once come from the north. I don't know if it still does this.  I expect you could hike in that way. Best to reach it from westbound I-80.

This is a new cache replacing an archived one that has fallen victim to tree removal.  Since I'm leery about what is planned for trees here this is a different container placed in a different way than the now archived York is Close cache. There is room in the container for small objects and small travelers.

Do not remove the top of the container from its attachment.  Just uncrew the bottom part for access.
