Every Second Counts Mystery Cache

This is a puzzle cache and is not at the posted coords.
Welcome to Wickham Woodlands Geo Art/Geo Trail in Warwick, NY

Meals break up the day.
At 4 AM the Wakeup bell chimes and every prisoner must wake up for the day. 

30 minutes later, every cell is opened and everyone is expected to walk single file to the chow hall.  It takes 6 and a half minutes to get there.

So they start eating at 4:36:30
Time to Eat!
Prisoners only get 18 minutes to eat breakfast, and are expected to be standing and ready to leave the chow hall within 19 seconds after that.

So they are finished eating at 4:54:49
