Its your American geocaching friend again. This hide is in front of my residence at Campus Key. Permission has been granted by the management of campus key. It's ok to look if people are around, the staff are aware of the hide and will protect from muggles. You do not need to enter the premises or go past the fence or gates to retreive this cache. Campus key is student housing for mostly international students attending NMMU. Many of the students are fellow geocachers as well. Good luck with this hide. Feel free to look day or night. Lots of parking. Is it high? Is it low? So many possibilities. There is a chance the coordinates could move at a certain times. Hmmm
