This rest area was begging for a cache!! I found a few like this in the Midwest last summer and I finally got around to bringing the concept down to South Carolina. The cache is hidden outside of the rest area facilities building, and unless you need to do your business, you dont need to go inside! You do not need to move anything big to find this cache. The retrieval process is very simple. You could look, find, sign, replace, and be back on the interstate in less than 10 minutes!
Please respect the area while retrieving this cache, and put everything back exactly how you found it! Be sure to use extreme stealth while looking. We all know how rest areas are, thousands of muggles will pass by this cache every day without knowing! You may as well! Look around before you look around! ;)
Enjoy the free smiley, if you can find it. I will again stress the extreme stealth needed to find this cache...I would hate to lose this one!! Don't be scared to log your DNF, there have been tons on caches like this.
